3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account Kilat777. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name as per your identification document, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a secure password. kilat777 will send an OTP to your mobile number for verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your Kilat777 account password confidential.
• Ensuring that no one else has access to or is using your account.
• Notify kilat777 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Updating your account information whenever any changes occur.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Kilat777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. All transactions must be conducted through payment methods approved by kilat777. Currently accepted payment methods are:

• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow

The limits and processing time schedule are as follows:

Kilat777 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard security procedure to protect your account from unauthorised access.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Kilat777 does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawals will also be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your Kilat777 account.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kilat777 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Every bonus carries a clearly stated wagering requirement. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• The 150% Welcome Bonus of up to RM888 is available exclusively for the first deposit of new kilat777 members. A minimum deposit of RM30 is required to qualify.
• The standard wagering requirement at kilat777 is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of the relevant promotion.
• All bonuses have a validity period. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the validity period will expire and be automatically deducted from your account balance.
• The maximum bet while meeting bonus wagering requirements is RM100 per round or hand, unless otherwise stated.
• kilat777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer where abuse, fraud, or exploitation of the bonus system is found to have occurred.

Kilat777 takes bonus integrity very seriously. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through low-risk betting strategies (bonus abuse), the use of multiple accounts, or member collusion to manipulate bonus conditions is a serious violation that may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the account.

6Game Rules

All games available on the Kilat777 platform — including slots, baccarat, roulette, poker, live table games and Sports Betting — are subject to their respective game rules as displayed within the game interface. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

Kilat777 uses a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent international auditing bodies for games that require it. This ensures that the outcome of every game is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be reversed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Kilat777 will review system records to determine a fair outcome.

7Prohibited Conduct

Kilat777 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or allowing others to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or identity verification.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other method to exploit or manipulate Kilat777's games or systems.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses (collusion).
• Engaging in any activity that could be classified as money laundering through the kilat777 platform.
• Using the kilat777 platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
• Using a VPN, proxy or any other method to conceal your true location or identity.
• Acting in a manner that is disruptive, threatening, or offensive toward support staff or other members.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Kilat777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any member's account for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure of identity verification, or at the request of a relevant authority.

Members may also request to close their account at any time by contacting the Kilat777 support team. Prior to closure, any valid balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

• Accounts terminated due to a breach of these Terms will forfeit all balances, including deposits and winnings.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM10 or suspended until the member contacts customer support.
• Members who close their account due to self-exclusion will not be permitted to re-register during the designated exclusion period.

9Limitation of Liability

Kilat777 provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. kilat777 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that it will meet your specific requirements at any given time.

To the extent permitted by law, Kilat777 shall not be liable for:
